Who We Are:
A group of dedicated recreational runners. Running for fun and staying in shape is more important than racing performance to the group. Team camaraderie and having fun are more important than running fast!
What We Do:
We run a variety of different workouts every week with the training aiming for performance in the 5k-10k range. Workouts will vary in length between 3 and 14 miles. We will exercise in a variety of areas including Hyalite Canyon, Peet’s Hill, MSU Track, Sourdough Canyon, Bear Canyon, The M Trail, and others. Most workouts will be on trails if transportation permits. The workouts will include distance days, tempo runs, track workouts, intervals, hill runs, and others. Team parties will also be an event! Travel is possible to race if that is what people want to do.
